It's the very first show at our new location, Lea's at 4th and Louisville in Monroe. Make this an evening to remember. In other words, don't come too drunk. I will try to come and bring the bike posse since Lea's has that nice rack and all. I will also try to keep the drinking to a minimum, but I make no promises, since Spazz Brad is part of the posse.
I will be reading some poems. Probably "O Steaming Gossamer Turd, A Traveler," "Bitches Love Smiley Faces," "God Does Not Make Golden Poo," and one other really special one, if time allows.
Make it with 100% less kittens and I'll replace the kitty deficit with free cupcakes for everyone on the way out. Yep.

So when the hell is/was the first show? The newspaper said it was Thursday the 16th (yesterday); this blog says it's Oct. 23. Enquiring minds who live simultaneously in the past and the future want to know...

Yeah, the paper got it wrong. Seems to be the way with papers. We start this Thursday, the 23rd, a little after 9pm.
